At least you have the balls to admit a mistake..... +1 Dino740 - you need a program called WINRAR ( google it - or better still search for it here on Isohunt ) to extract the compressed files. When you've installed it right click on the .r00 and select "Extract Here" and you'll then have the folder with the .avi file in the same directory as your original download....
