As for Office 2007; serial numbers and even keygens are already available on the Internet a long time ago. There is even a patch for Genuin Microsoft products that works really great. Enjoy! Not exactly stable but works, although a few minor (major 4 some) compatability errors which would be fixed in the final release. The official retail release date is 1st half of 2010 but they haven't narrowed it down just yet. They will be releasing x86 (32bit) and x64 (64bit) versions. So far preview revisions are 32bit only and about the product key i don't think it would be worth finding. My suggestion for now is stick with MS Office 2007. I've got nothing against this but after I opened an old Word2007 document I started getting this weird message about a macro error. I disabled macros altogether and still give the same error.
