FWTT28 You must be really frustrated with the ammount of people asking you for help, and i appreciate the effort you went through to give us these instructions, however, after i got the drop box to work ( after it wouldn't initially ) I attempted to drop the whole folder from the applications folder into the drop box, nothing happens. I attempted to drop the Photoshop.dmg file into it and the crack application says that it cannot read this kind of file. I'm definetly following the instructions carefully, i read and re-read and attempted all other steps provided by you and other uses. I spent literally hours filtering through the questions and answers, and still nothing. A reply would be helpful.

okay, i've tried everything and tried the chmod -R 777 * (drags The_Crack File here) and it still doesn't work.

i get that error in the terminal.

FOR EVERYONE HAVING TROUBLE HERE IS WHAT WORKS, IN PAIN ENGLISH. First of all for the noobs, this is for MAC. It will not and cannot work with any other platform such as Windows. I am using Mac OS X 10.5.8 Now to solve the problems EACH step at a time with DETAIL...

1. You have downloaded a file named:(Adobe.Photoshop.CS3.MAC.LEOPARD.OSX.10.5.1.Cracked.Works)

2. Open the folder and DOUBLE-CLICK the first file in the list called (ADBEPHSPCS3_WWE.dmg) This will give you the guided steps that will download Photoshop CS3 as well as a handful of other useful Adobe programs. Follow the on screen instructions.

3. If you try to open Adobe Photoshop CS3 it will ask you for a serial number and will give you boxes to type the numbers in. Exit this window as you do not need it.

4. Now double click the crack file named (ADBEPHSPCS3WWELEOPARDCRACK.app) MAKE SURE the file name has (.app) at the end of the file name. You can view the file name by right clicking the file and selecting 'Get Info' or if you are in 'FINDER' you can just left click the file, then click 'More Info' in the column to the right.
   **If the file does not have (.app) [not including the brackets '( )' ] you must do the following: Drag the file (ADBEPHSPCS3WWELEOPARDCRACK) to your applications folder. You're done this step!

5. Double click the file named (ADBEPHSPCS3WWELEOPARD_CRACK.app) which you have just put in the applications older in step 4. If the application does not start, the following steps will solve this issue for you. If it worked, a black window will appear known as the 'Drop Zone'. All you have to do is go the the file (Adobe Photoshop CS3.app) and drag it onto the black window. After about 20 sec. to 1 min you will see a message at the bottom of that window that says "Adobe Photoshop CS3.app has been successfully patched" YOU"RE DONE!!!!! Now go use Photoshop for personal use, but BUY PHOTOSHOP if you're making money from it! (you greedy bastard)

Instructions on how to make the CRACK work (If its not opening when you double click the application*

A) Use Finder to find the file you downloaded called (Adobe.Photoshop.CS3.MAC.LEOPARD.OSX.10.5.1.Cracked.Works). Drag it to your desktop.

B) Open 'Terminal'. If you can't find this, go to the magnify glass symbol at the top right of your computer, also known as 'SPOTLIGHT'. type in 'Terminal', click 'Terminal' when it shows up. It should have the name 'Applications' in gray to the left of it.

C) In terminal type cd then hit SPACE. drag the file named (Adobe.Photoshop.CS3.MAC.LEOPARD.OSX.10.5.1.Cracked.Works) that you just dragged to the desktop into terminal. The line you have in Terminal should now look like this:

cd Adobe.Photoshop.CS3.MAC.LEOPARD.OSX.10.5.1.Cracked.Works

Now hit enter. After you hit enter terminal will show the line:

Macintosh:~ (YOUR USER NAME) cd /Users/(YOUR USER NAME)/Desktop/Adobe.Photoshop.CS3.MAC.LEOPARD.OSX.10.5.1.Cracked.Works

KEEP TERMINAL OPEN, DO NOT EXIT.

D) Go to Finder and find your CRACK file. Rename the file anything you want, however for this example we will rename the file: The_Crack

E) Go back to the Terminal window and type: chmod -R 777 * (please note the SPACE before the * and AFTER the *) - you must have this!

F) Drag the CRACK application you just renamed (The_Crack) into terminal then hit enter. The line you just typed in before hitting enter looks like this:

chmod -R 777 * /Applications/The_Crack.app

G) Now double click the CRACK application in the applications menu, it should work as stated in step 5.

**NOTE, if it is STILL not working try type these configurations in place of step E.

(chmod -R 777* ) (chmod -R 777 *)

I hope this works for you as It did for me.

NOTE*** If you can't find any files I was talking about on your computer, just copy and paste it into SPOTLIGHT and it will find it for you.

Looking for help... downloaded as directed and followed troubleshoot to open CRACK file. This worked but nothing happened when dropping file into drop zone. Closed out and tried again. no luck so uninstalled and reinstalled and now cannot open CRACK file even when I follow the troubleshoot solution. Also does anybody know if the CRACK file will work on other apps other than CS3?

go into your applications folder and double click photoshopcs3

it should open a photoshop folder, drag the photoshop icon into the crack window.

you other guys who are having trouble, look for the comment that tells you to drag files into terminal, that should work for you

For anyone who is dragging photoshop into the crack window and nothing is happening, make sure you actually go into the photoshop folder and find the .app rather than dragging the whole folder (like i did)

oh and elephant juice, you have to double click ADBEPHSPCS3WWE.dmg to install photoshop to your system then make sure you crack it before you open it by dragging the .app (/applications/photoshopcs3/photoshopcs3.app) into the crack window

WHERE is the photoshop icon?? I got it all right, up to the crack and opening the window with the colored boxes. Next step "drag the application into drop zone" but I have no photoshop icon to start with.

The torrent folder only contains: 1) ADBEPHSPCS3WWE.dmg 2) PHSPCS3Content_WWE.dmg 3) readme.rtf 4) the crack

I tried all 3 but a msg pops up saying "you cant apply the Patch to this file!"

Am I supposed to download a separate Photoshop application? HELP.

I input the first part of the command in terminal and it seemed to work. when I entered the chmod part this is what I got back.

To those having problems with the crack, here is what worked best for me:

Go through the directions that WD4087 gave. Put the folder on your desktop, however, change the name of the crack to anything you want (for example, I changed the name of it to The_Crack).

When it comes time to type in "chmod -R 777 ADBEPHSPCS3WWELEOPARDCRACK.app" in terminal, change it to "chmod -R 777 (Whatever you renamed the crack).app". For me, it looked like this: "chmod -R 777 TheCrack.app"

Couldn't get it to work myself until I changed the name. First time I tried it after changing the name worked perfectly. Hope this helps

Try to launch the crack app by double clicking again... if this still doesn't work (like it didn't work for me... try 2c) 2c. If you are still in the directory from 2a, type in (without quotes) "cd ADBEPHSPCS3WWELEOPARDCRACK.app/Contents/MacOS/" Now type (without quotes) "chmod 777 *" 2d. Launch the crack app Open applications and find the folder Adobe Photoshop CS3 Open that folder, click and drag Adobe Photoshop CS3.app to the crack You should be good to go

From reading this entire thread, I can see that a lot of people had problems with starting up the crack. I have 10.5.7 and moving the crack to my applications folder did not work. Michael Kleis posted this advice: Alright people if anybody is still haveing problums with the crack i have the solution. so here it is in terminal type cd leave a space and than drag the folder into terminal. Than hit enter. you should see this cpe-75-80-157-241:Adobe.Photoshop.CS3.MAC.LEOPARD.OSX.10.5.1.Cracked.Works your user name here$ now type chmod -R 777 now here comes the trick. instead of typing ADBEPHSPCS3WWELEOPARD_CRACK.app like everyone is telling you just drag the crack application into terminal than hit enter and the crack will work. if you do it right this will work i promise.

Dragging and dropping did work for me, it may work for others as well. Good Luck!

this torrent does not have dreamweaver, but i believe that the crack will work with the newest adobe programs, when i used with with the new illustrator, and flash, it said successfully cracked, so i think it should work

Works great. Had no problems on Macbook pro Running leopard.

Everything works for me up to the point where I drop the app on the Crack window.

It waits a little while and then says:

"You can't apply the patch on this file!"

But I am using the file included in the installer provided in the torrent. Any ideas?

I don't get it. I'm missing tons of filters and can't export PNGs and I do believe a few other formats. I installed PS, patched through the crack just correctly, unpakced PHSPCS3 Content. Did I do anything wrong?

i need help. im running MacOSX 10.5.(does that change anything?)

when verifying contents before running, it says it has an "invalid checksum". so i skipped verification and when i try to install the program it only installs the components, not the actual photoshop cs3. should i uninstall and start over? what do i do?

With the help of comment #9950 I was able to fix the crack so that cs3 could install. After which it asked me for a activation key(?) Did I miss something? Thanks

THIS TORRENT WORKS ON LEOPARD! 1)load the setup 2)load larger dmg photoshop 3)right click the 'crack' and show 'contents/packsge' 4)the ipatcher is old so goto http://NO DUMP SITES/files/66524321/iPatcher.zip download new and insert where old ipatcher is. 5)drag photoshop app (wherever stored) into ipatch box and wait for success confirmation.

ok so after extensive frustrations and yelling at my mac screen LOL!!! I got it: so after you get to "terminal", type exactly as it is in the above description, when you get to the part where you have to type the crack file .app ( see: "chmod -R 777 ADBEPHSPCS3WWELEOPARD_CRACK.app") go to the folder where the file is, right click it, choose "get info", go to the "name & extension" tap and type back in terminal the name exactly as it appears in the name box and that should do it!!!
