Opened. put my name in name copied serial. then installed and didn't work. i closed re-opened and got new serial and it worked. cant help more then that im sorry. now it works fine and copies all DVD's. Tried to find something in docs to find solution but nothing. If anyone knows of another serial or how to get one that would be great.
